Your cookie preferences
Google Analytics is optional. Accepting enables analytics cookies and sends website usage data to Google. Declining does not affect your ability to use this website or contact us.
Analytics remains off until you consent.
1. Who is responsible?
Arantic Digital GmbH, represented by Philip Bellm, Johann-G.-Gutenberg-Str. 7, 82140 Olching, Germany, is responsible for processing personal data on this website. Contact us at [email protected]. Company details are available in our Imprint.
2. Hosting and website delivery
We use Cloudflare to host and deliver this website and process contact-form requests. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, access time, and browser/request information to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
This processing supports our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical data is retained as needed for delivery, security, and troubleshooting, subject to the hosting service’s retention settings. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
3. Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional company name, and message to respond to your enquiry. The form endpoint runs on Cloudflare Workers and uses Resend to deliver your enquiry by email. Your IP address is used to limit abusive submissions.
For enquiries about entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries and abuse prevention, it is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need the required fields to receive and answer a form submission.
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and longer where statutory recordkeeping duties or legal claims require it. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. See Resend’s privacy policy.
4. Optional Google Analytics
Only after you accept, we load Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It helps us understand website usage and improve our content. We do not load the Google Analytics script or send analytics requests before consent or after a saved decline.
Analytics can process pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, referring websites, browser and device information, approximate location, and identifiers stored in cookies. Google receives your IP address when a request is made; Google states that EU users’ IP addresses are discarded before logging. We disable Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals in the website’s analytics configuration.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw it at any time using the opt-out button above. Withdrawal stops future collection and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. It does not undo processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Google Analytics uses cookies including _ga and _ga_…. This website sets their expiry to 180 days without extending it on each visit. Data already sent to Google is subject to the Analytics property’s retention settings and Google’s processing terms. For details, see Google’s privacy policy and Google’s information on European data processing.
5. Remembering your choice and local fonts
We store your analytics preference in your browser’s local storage under arantic-analytics-consent for 180 days. It records your choice, the preference version, and an expiry date. This storage remembers your privacy choice; it is not an analytics identifier. Its legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the necessary-storage exception in § 25(2) TDDDG.
Your choice applies to this browser and website. Clearing site data or using another browser requires a new choice. If your browser blocks storage, a choice can apply only to the current page. We serve the website’s fonts ourselves; loading them does not contact Google Fonts.
6. Recipients and international processing
Our hosting and email-delivery providers process data to provide their services. Google receives analytics data only when you opt in. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their linked privacy notices describe processing locations and transfer safeguards, including applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data.
External links such as GitHub and LinkedIn take you to independently operated websites when you follow them. Their privacy notices apply there. This site does not embed their advertising pixels.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). We do not use this website’s data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Changes
We update this notice when our website or processing practices change. The revision date above identifies this version.
